What makes you FBN?

Their are many ways to feel better nude. Remember, FBN targets all three elements. The mind, body, and spirit. It is a unity much like a family. They each have their own attention and needs, but they all affect each other.

Finding what stimulates you in each area is a growing and fulfilling experience.

Some activities will target one, two, or all three. If you take a moment to listen to yourself in silence, your intuition will speak to you and tell what you need. Hiking, reading, learning a new skill, or spending time with your family.

Hiking makes me feel connected to all three.

I love hiking, but can not do it all the time. So, on days I can not, I have to be creative. For example: I will workout with my dog (body), research on something new (mind), and practice silence for a few minutes (spirit).

We all have busy lives. Be creative with your time and responsibilities. Taking a time to stimulate your senses and heighten your relationship with yourself does not have to be time consuming.  A few minutes here and their go a long way.

Equality and balance is crucial for ultimate happiness.

My experience with MEDITATION

My personal experience with meditation has opened a door to a life of peace. I have yet to cross both feet. Practice is key.” Meditating has provided me with the opportunity to connect and balance my mind, body, and spirit. When I am frustrated, stressed, emotional, upset, anxious, achy, or feeling under the weather I practice meditation. I either stay silent (this is a hard one for me, but getting better) or practice yoga (an active form of meditation). I undoubtedly feel better! Absolute truth!! 

I at times have taken big breaks of meditating. When I do, my life is upside down. I know, that it has helped tremendously. I stay more active, alert, confidant, health conscious. I become more compassionate, caring, available to others. I hardly question any situation. My intuition is heighten. I trust myself completely. 

I have deeper experiences as I continue to add this into my lifestyle. Train yourself to meditate. Training = Practice

Juicing is a +

Juicing is definitely a plus to your daily consumption. Most people do not eat enough fruits and vegetables. This is an easy way to add the extra vitamins and antioxidants to your diet. I advise to continue eating whole foods and keep it as balanced as possible with attention to the carb, fats, protein, sugar, and fiber (more on this to come). It may seem a lot to pay attention to, but we will practice together.

“Vary your juices and whole food for optimal energy and nutrients.” Make sure to keep it mostly veggie as some fruits may be very high in sugar and calories. Apples, carrots, and pears are great sweeteners to any veggie juice. Also, juicers may vary in competence to extract the most juice out of some vegetables, especially leafy greens.

The last year has been a learning experience with combinations in taste and nutrition. Stay tuned for suggested mixes and energy boosters. It will add a kick to your day!
